Thank you for shopping with Elara. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email is received. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times typically range from 7–14 business days depending on your location. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.Once an order has been handed to the carrier, Elara is not responsible for the package. Any issues regarding lost, delayed, or damaged shipments after the order has been dispatched must be resolved directly with the carrier. We recommend contacting the carrier with your tracking number for the fastest resolution.
We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes imposed by your country, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
